Hi my name is Melvin Elphick I'm a Master
Carpenter based in Birmingham. I have 24 years
experience of general carpentry Bespoke joinery and
cabinet making and also a locksmith.
Through my life I have done many different projects and am
always looking for my next challenge to test my skills. Be it
a flat pack kitchen that you just need assembling or your
worktops jointed or a solid wood kitchen made in my work shop
at the back of my house. My favourite window the sliding box
sash window be it single or Double Glazed or just be a traditional
sash window or a built in cabinet or cabinets
I take
great pride and detail to my work and still strive for
perfection and using modern day machinery and old aged hand
tools in harmony and I am very passionate of my work.
Other work I do, renovating old sash windows fitting new sash
cords and draught proofed parting and staff beads and can make
new sashes with Double Glazed units. Fitting of doors be
them fire check or just a normal front door or a ledged and
braced made to order cottage door and door frames.
Locksmith work changing locks in wooden or UPVC doors.
